Our Story
Founded in 2018 by Olivia Ryan, Jovytensor emerged from a shared vision: to bring studio‑quality mixing and mastering to the Australian indie scene without the need for costly studio visits. With a modest budget and a passion for detail, we set up a 24 m² control room in Brisbane, equipped with industry‑standard monitors and a meticulously treated acoustic environment.
Since opening our doors, we have handled over 90 tracks each year, maintaining an average turnaround of five business days. Our commitment to clear communication—conducted entirely in English—ensures that every client feels confident and informed throughout the process.
Studio & Equipment
The core of our service is a purpose‑built control room that balances warmth and precision. We monitor through ATC SCM25A loudspeakers paired with Focal Shape reference speakers, allowing us to hear every subtlety in the mix. The room’s acoustic treatment optimises clarity, while a dual‑monitor setup provides an accurate stereo image for mastering.
All projects are mastered to 24‑bit WAV and delivered in MP3, with optional stems (instrumental, clean, TV mix) available upon request. Every file is processed with a final loudness analysis that adheres to streaming norms, ensuring your track sounds great on any platform.
Our Principles
- Honesty – we present an objective, data‑driven assessment of each mix.
- Transparency – every pricing tier and revision round is fully disclosed before work begins.
- Collaboration – we actively seek client feedback during each revision.
- Quality – our masters meet or exceed the loudness standards of major streaming services.
- Reliability – we honour our delivery commitments and provide a storage period of six months for all projects.
