Whether you’re an independent artist, a small label, or a producer looking for the final touch, we bring studio‑grade expertise to your doorstep.

Professional analog mastering hardware with VU meters and control knobs.
  • 24‑bit WAV and 22 kHz MP3 delivery
  • Custom loudness for streaming platforms
  • Fast turnaround – 5 business days

Our 4‑Step Process

  1. Submission – Send us your final, uncompressed stems (at least 24 bit, 44.1 kHz). We accept WAV, AIFF, or high‑resolution MP3. Make sure each track is free of clipping and contains at least 1 minute of silence at the start and end.
  2. Mastering – Using a dedicated control room (24 m²) equipped with ATC SCM25A and Focal Shape monitors, we apply EQ, compression, limiting, stereo imaging and loudness metering. Our team’s 5‑track monthly capacity keeps each project focused.
  3. Review & Revision – After the first cut, you receive a draft for review. We offer up to three revision rounds within the 5‑day delivery window.
  4. Delivery – Final master files are supplied as 24‑bit WAV and 22 kHz MP3, plus an export bundle for streaming, vinyl, and club use. Storage is available for 6 months.

  • Independent artists releasing singles or EPs.
  • Small record labels preparing catalog releases.
  • Producers who need a final polish before distribution.
  • Anyone who wants consistent loudness across streaming, vinyl, and club playback.

What to Prepare

Send us:

  • All stems in a single folder, clearly named.
  • Maximum bit depth: 24 bit; minimum sampling rate: 44.1 kHz.
  • At least 1 minute of silence at the start and end of each file.
  • Any reference tracks or specific loudness targets (e.g., -14 LUFS for Spotify).
  • Project metadata (artist name, track titles, release date).

Turnaround Time

We guarantee delivery within 5 business days from the receipt of your final stems. If you need a rush, we offer a 30 % rush fee. All revisions are included within the 5‑day window, but any additional changes after that will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

What Is Not Included

  • Creation of new stems (mixing).
  • Audio restoration (de‑clicking, de‑noising).
  • Multitrack extraction or stem creation.
  • Physical media manufacturing.
  • Marketing or distribution services.

How We Calculate Price with GST

All quoted prices are in AUD. The base price for a standard master is A$225 inclusive of GST. This is calculated by:
Base price (AUD) = (EUR price × 1.5) × 1.1
where 1.5 is the approximate EUR‑to‑AUD conversion and 1.1 represents the 10 % GST.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Sending compressed files (MP3) as final stems – use WAV or AIFF.
  • Leaving silence at the end of tracks – it can introduce click noise.
  • Failing to specify a loudness target – our default is -14 LUFS.
  • Over‑compressing during the mixing stage – preserves dynamics for mastering.
  • Not providing a clear folder structure – slows down the process.

What’s Included in a Standard Master

  1. 24‑bit WAV master file.
  2. 22 kHz MP3 export.
  3. Loudness metering (LUFS, true peak).
  4. EQ, compression, limiting, and stereo imaging.
  5. Dynamic range optimisation.
  6. Export bundle for streaming, vinyl, and club use.
